JimFORSYTHJim passed away peacefully in the Butterwick Hospice on 4th February, aged 75 years.
Beloved husband of the late Kathleen, also a dearly loved dad, step dad, father-in-law, step father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten.
Family and friends please meet for service on Wednesday 25th February at St Chad's Church, Roseworth at 12 noon, prior to burial within Durham Road Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received on the day for the Butterwick Hospice.
