Passed away at home, at 20 Love Lane, Denbigh, and formerly of Northop Hall, aged 72 years.
Beloved wife of the late Roy, loving mum to Angharad, Sali and the late Dafydd.
Funeral service at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday, 31 October, at 11am.
Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Sara will be gratefully accepted towards the North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
