Margot EdithWARDLEPassed away peacefully, at home, on Saturday 8th November 2025 aged 101 years.

Beloved wife of the late Joe. Treasured mum to Ronny and daughter in law Irene.

The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel on Monday 15th December at 2pm.

No flowers by request but, donations in lieu for Marie Curie and Treetops Hospice are welcome and may be given at the service or online at funeral-notices.co.uk

What a privilege it was to be a friend to Margot.. who was also a nurse I worked with 37 years ago. She was like a grandmother to my children and was always interested in other people before herself. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, dearest friend.
