Sally AnnMAYNARDof Comberton and Whittlesford, peacefully in Addenbrookes Hospital on Thursday 8th January 2026, aged 89 years. Much loved mummy and grandmother.

Funeral service to be held at St. Mary's Church, Comberton on Tuesday 3rd February at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.

Donations may be made at the Church for the Alzheimer's Society.

I’ll always remember you in the operating theatre at the Rosie Sally in your role as theatre nurse and how you used to tell women that a Caesarean section felt like ‘a rummage in a handbag’. You did make me smile! You were a joy to work with. I’m so sad to hear of your passing. Love from Jane x
