Devoted mother of Thomas Christopher Chudleigh, and beloved daughter of Margaret and the late Thomas. Loving sister of Christine, Christopher, Derek and Gary, dear sister-in-law of Brian and Dawn, and much loved auntie to Leighton, Lisa and Joshua. Funeral service taking place at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 5th June at 2:00. Floral tributes, or donations in lieu, made payable to 'HDU Neurosurgery Dept, UHW', c/o C. Meirion Hopkin & Son, 96 High Street, Clydach, Swansea SA6 5LN. A dash of colour in your attire would be welcomed by the family.
