Michael GeorgeBAYLEYPassed away peacefully after a short illness at Royal Stoke Hospital on Wednesday 5th November Aged 88 years.
Beloved husband to Chris and much loved dad to Pete and Nikki. Will be much missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral Service 12 pm on Monday 1st December at Stafford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, colourful attire preferred, any donations will go to Dementia UK and Katharine House Hospice.
