Passed away peacefully at Merton Place Nursing Home, aged 88.
Beloved wife of the late Raymond Pitman, loving Mother to Alastar, Emma and Lucy and cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Anne will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Colwyn Bay on Thursday 26th March at 11am.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired will go to St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church.
