John Porter WilliamCHERRYIt is with great sadness that we announce the death of John on Friday 27th March 2026, aged 79 years, late of Barrow-upon-Humber.
Beloved husband of Annette, dearly loved and loving father of Anne-Marie and Jo-Anne, father in law of Craig, a dear brother of Trevor, brother in law of Anne, a much loved uncle of Andrew, a dear cousin and a friend to many, who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate John's life will be held on Friday 1st May 2026 at Holy Trinity Church, Barrow-upon-Humber at 10:30am, followed by Committal at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe at 12:00 noon.
Family flowers only please, by request with donations in John's memory which may be sent direct to the charities or left at the service and will be divided between Holy Trinity Church, MS Society UK and The ME Association.
John is now resting in the care of H & HJ Huteson and Sons.
