Beloved husband of Ella, much-loved Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad, Brother and Brother-in-law. Derek will be deeply missed by all his family, friends and all who knew him.

Requiem Mass at St Teresa's Church, Upholland at 12 midday on Wednesday 1st April, followed by committal at West Lancashire Crematorium.
