Much loved wife of Dr Phil Stevens (deceased), loving mother of Jonathan and Nick, proud grandmother of Oscar (deceased) and Nick, sister of John Price.
Funeral service on Thursday 9th April 2.30pm at Kernow Chapel, Penmount Crematorium.
