Suddenly on 18th March, aged 88 years, with his loving family around him.

A wonderful husband to Annie, devoted father to Ross and Joanne, very proud grandfather to Georgia, Emmie, Callum and Ollie, a loving father-in-law to Tracey and Ray.

Would family and friends please meet at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 17th April at 12.45pm.

Family flowers only please and donations would be gratefully received for the Macmillan Teams.

Remember Vell with much fondness. I worked with him in radiotherapy in thec1990s. He was such a lovely man and so helpful to me on many an occasion. Rest in eternal peace. Anne Robinson
