PaulDERRICKIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Derrick, aged 77, who passed away peacefully on 4th March 2026.
Paul was a loving husband and a devoted father whose kindness, humour, and steady presence meant so much to those who knew him. He proudly served in the British Army, a chapter of his life that reflected his strong sense of duty and commitment.
After his time in the Army, Paul dedicated many years to helping others gain confidence on the road as a driving instructor with First National. He was known for his patience, encouragement, and the calm guidance he gave to many learners that he taught over the years.
A funeral service will be held at Plympton Funeral Chapel on 20th March at 3pm, followed by a wake at The Blue Peter Pub, where family and friends are warmly invited to gather to celebrate Paul's life.
