Peacefully on Sunday 29th March 2026 at Moriston Hospital.

Jack, devoted husband of the late Eirwen, will be loved and remembered by all Jack and Eirwen's family.

Private funeral service, followed by a celebration of Jack's life to be held at the Southgate Club on Monday 27th April from 6.00 pm.

All welcome to join the family. Bright attire to be worn.

Jack, you are missed so much by my family, especially my mum Anne who loved playing Bingo with you at the Southgate Club for many years, she will also miss popping in to see you at home.
You are now reunited with Eirwen 💞 rest in peace together forever.
