Passed away peacefully in The Freeman Hospital on 22nd March 2026 aged 78 years, Leslie.
A devoted husband of the late Isabella.
'The man, the myth, the legend' to Angela.
Respected father-in-law of Graham. An adored grandad to Anna-Louise and great-grandad to George-Henry. A loved brother to Brian and the late Terry, Isabel and Anne and also a dear brother-in-law. Uncle to Denise, Elaine and Malcolm, Mark, Simon, Susan, Julie, Darren, Marie, Neville and Lynn.
Funeral service to be held in Holy Trinity Church, High Usworth on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at 11:45am, followed by the committal service in Washington Cemetery at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, donations may be left following the service to The Freeman Hospital.
All welcome following the service to The Washington Gardeners Club.
