Melvina AmandaHARRIOTTMelvina died peacefully at her daughter's home in East Sussex on 1st October 2025, aged 89 years.

A dearly loved Mother, Auntie, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate Melvina's life will be held at Peartree Baptist Church, 154 Pear Tree Road, Derby, DE23 6QD, on Thursday 13th November at 11.30am, followed by interment at Nottingham Road Cemetery, Nottingham Road, Derby, DE21 6FN.

Flowers welcome or if desired a donation in Melvina's memory can be made to Dementia UK.

Sista Betee, is one of our revered matriarch in the family, the unconditional love, guidance, and protection she bestowed upon my cousins siblings, and meself throughout our lives will forever be cherished. Sista have gave me fond memories to cherish. we shared Times of laughter , and the compassion, during some particularly challenging times. You have always held a special place in my heart, sista Betee and your enduring spirit, continues to guide and protect along side our acestors❤️💛💚💯.
