ChrisDAVIESChris died peacefully at the Butterwick Hospice on 16th November 2025.

He was the beloved husband of Sue, father to Sara and Steve, grandad to Sophie, Esme and Oscar, brother to Jane, uncle to Mick and Jamie and a very special friend to many.

The funeral service will take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Thursday 4th December at 11.00am.

No flowers please but donations to the Butterwick Hospice or Macmillan Cancer Support would be very welcome.

A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.

Chris was my mentor in local government for over 10 yrs he had the patience of a saint and a brilliant mind and sense of humour.

Chris always welcoming, a pleasure to have met Chris, a person of many talents and qualities. A local government servant to the people of Cleveland County whom he served with professionalism. Sadly missed R.I.P.
