Funeral service to take place on Thursday August 21st at 11.00am in All Saints Church, Middlesbrough, TS1 2LR followed by cremation in the chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Asthma and Lung U.K, a donation box will be provided after the service.
