PhyllisBOULTONnee Jones Peacefully passed away on 5th October 2021 at her home address with her loving family by her side, Phyllis aged 87 years of Biddulph, devoted wife of Reg, dearly loved mum of Diane, Jayne & the late Jason, much loved mother in law, nana, great granny, & also a special sister. Phyllis will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family & friends. A Funeral Service is to be held to celebrate the life of Phyllis at St Lawrence's Church, Biddulph , followed by Committal at Woodhouse Burial Ground on Wednesday 20th October at 12 noon. Family & friends wishing to attend please meet at the Church. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Children's Liver Disease Foundation in memory of Phyllis.
