Resting with Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters Ltd 302 North Road, Cardiff Until funeral Friday 3rd January 2020 Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel 2:15pm. Prior to cremation. Flowers to the funeral home by 12 noon please however, if desired, donations would be appreciated towards the British Heart Foundation c/o the funeral home. All enquiries 02920 626101

I was saddened and surprised to learn about the death of Ajoy, as he was listed in the remembrance list at the 200th AGM of the Royal Astronomical Society. A quarter of a century ago we worked together reducing astronomical data, Vilnius observations of star clusters, in Wellington (New Zealand) when he visited for a number of months. He was indeed a joy to work with and to simply to chat with life about, he will be missed.
