StellaEVANSPassed away on Tuesday April 21, 2015, surrounded by her family, in her home, Aunty Stella; beloved great aunt of Catherine and Kerry, and great-great-aunt of James and Zoe. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will be a private family service only. A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Sunday May 10, 2015, at All Saint's Church, Pen y Fai. All are welcome to attend the celebration of Stella's life.
