Patricia A MFRANCISOn Wednesday 25th May, Pat, aged 83, passed away peacefully at Plas Cwm Caru care home, Port Talbot. Devoted wife of the late Alan, beloved mum of Ian, Huw, Ruth and Heather, and cherished grandmother of Gareth, Rhys, Ieuan, Sean, Izzie, Gwendolen, Gwilym, Charlotte, Daisy and Joshua. Service and Committal to take place on Friday 17th June, 11.00 am at Swansea Crematorium, Morriston. All friends are welcome to attend: meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations preferred to Alzheimer's Society. Absolutely loved my aunty pat she was a true Christian and always tried her best to help people. She helped me and my family a lot. I've got very fond memories of visiting her and my uncle Alan when I was a young boy.
