Jean LesleyJONESPeacefully in hospital, aged 76 years. Beloved wife of Bob. Loving sister of Barbara and brother-in-law Geoff. A much loved auntie of Liz and her husband Simon, Paul and his wife Jenny. Great auntie to Will, Emelia, Emily and Leila. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends and all who knew her. A private Funeral Service and Committal for the family will take place at Thornton Crematorium on Monday 30th March 2020 at 2pm. A celebration of the life of Jean will take place at a later date. Family flowers only by request please but the family are gratefully receiving donations for The Formby Luncheon Club. RIP Jean. I’m so sorry that we can’t give you a funeral that would be a tribute to the enormous commitment you made to the Luncheon Club over so many years. I only worked with you for 18 months but quickly recognised that you were the linch pin of that great organisation. Hopefully we can attend a memorial to you at a later date.
