Carole WendyJONESPassed away at the University Hospital of Wales, on 22nd November, aged 79 years. Carole will be very sadly missed. Her funeral service will be held at City Church, Canton on Tuesday 9th January at 12.15pm, followed by Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 1.30pm. I am very sad to hear about Carole's passing. I will miss her so much. Her funny sayings and her lovely friendly nature. I looked after her for 5 years and was one of my first Clients. Such kind and happy lady. She even taught me to crochet. What a beautiful soul. Everyone in Cardiff home care will miss her
