Funeral Service will take place on Friday 24th February at Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 12 noon. Family flowers only. So sorry David and family to hear the passing of my Favourite Nurse and friend from 57yrs ago.
When I was a patient at Coventry &Warwickshire Hospital Smith Clark ward.
She was the best so kind and caring.
David I met you many times when you popped on the ward.
