PhilSAUNDERSOn 8th June 2025 peacefully at Barton Place Nursing Home aged 81 years.

Beloved Husband of Maggie, much loved Dad of Andrew, Jon and Clare, and a loving Father in Law and Grandad.

Funeral Service on Wednesday 25th June 2025 Exeter Crematorium 2pm in St Paul's Chapel.

No flowers please.

Donations if desired for Alzheimer's Research UK by retiring collection or c/o M. Sillifant & Sons 19-20 Holloway Street, Exeter. EX 2 4JD

Dear Maggie and family,
We watched Phil’s funeral service with sympathy for you all. We were touched and amused by the stories about him from Andrew, Jon and Clare, and we were proud of the brief contributions made by Patrick, Jack and Elsie. Our memories of Phil’s warmth and enthusiasm are still vivid, and we have enjoyed including Phil and all of you in our extended New Zealand family. You made several visits to New Zealand, and we especially remember our own trips to Devon in 2013 and 2014, when we explored the West of England together. We will miss him.
