DavidSHAWPassed away peacefully on 13th September 2014, aged 63 years. Beloved Husband of the late Pat, much loved Dad of Elizabeth and Father-in-law of Padraig, dear Grandad of Ben and Harry. Sadly missed by all family and friends. Service and Cremation at Yardley Crematorium on Wednesday 1st October at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Marie Curie Hospice (West Midlands).
