JackSMELTPassed away peacefully in hospital on 29th June 2025. Aged 89 years.

Dear husband of Dorothy. Much loved dad of Catharine, Deborah and Michael. A loving grandad and great grandad who will be sadly missed by all his family.

Funeral service at Hull Chanterlands Crematorium (small chapel) on Thursday 24th July at 2pm.

No flowers please. Donations if desired for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundations may be given at the service.
