Dearly loved partner of the late Roy Barlow, much loved mum, nan and great nan, also a special friend to many. Frances will be sadly missed by her family, friends & neighbours. A Funeral Service is to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday 20th January 2023 at 10am to celebrate the life of Frances. Family & friends wishing to attend please meet at the Crematorium.
