Theresa ElizabethTHOMAS(nee Mahard) Peacefully on July 19, 2015 at the University Hospital of Wales, aged 59; beloved wife of Chris, loving Mum of Donna and Mark, mother-in-law to Paul and Louisa, devoted Nannie of Ellicia, Jake and Max, sister of John and David. Resting at James Summers & Son, Lavernock Court, until the funeral service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium on Friday July 31 at 10am. Family flowers only by request, donations in Theresa's memory may be made to either Velindre Hospital or Diabetes UK, c/o the funeral director.
