The obituary notice of Ronald Kevin ANDERSON

Worked with Ron at CP for the last 13 years and before that i was a contractor to CP for 10 years so my time knowing Ron goes back over 20 years, always had a laugh, talked about motorbikes in the early days, so sorry to hear the news, a top top man.

Ronnie- the purest man with a heart of gold and an ability to light up any dark situation. We’ve had the privilege of knowing Ron for a number of years now, whilst he became a piece of our family. From a holiday of a lifetime in Florida (which quite often resulted in Ron spending money for items he didn’t need or couldn’t transport home!!) to having him still attend our wedding day this year, even when he felt at his worst, we have a jar of memories to keep forever. The world won’t be the same without you Ron but for sure, your humour, kindness and love will live on in those you’ve left behind🤍 rest well now you’re at peace xx

Ron always brought a smile into every room he entered! Your laughs added to every day and definitely so during our Florida trip! I couldn’t possibly pick just one highlight from that trip, from you swearing all the way round the runaway train, to trapping yourself in the seatbelt every day, to blaming me on making everyone wait just so we can get our morning Starbucks. Whilst life will never be the same without you, you also have lived your life to the fullest so know that you can go in peace. We will forever miss you xx

Worked with Ron for several years at CP, an absolute gent and all
round lovely guy! - My fave moment & memory working with him over them years, was Ron sat in my unlocked car outside work trying to leave for the day (we had the same model black civics) and Ron spending 10 mins trying to work out why it wasn’t starting with his keys. He realised and we were both howling! My thoughts are with all his family and friends at this sad time ❤️
