HazelASTINPassed away in Salford Royal Hospital on Thursday 14th May 2026, Hazel, aged 78 years.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at Cleveleys Christian Centre, Rotherham Avenue, Cleveleys, FY5 1DY on Friday 5th June at 12.00 noon prior to burial at Fleetwood Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired may be given for the NorthCare Charity, to help benefit Ward H8 at Salford Royal Hospital.

Dear Hazel...I will remember Hazel as a warm and caring person. She was small but also mighty..and very present. Always very thankful for my care of her little dogs who she loved so very much...and shared with me just how deeply she truly loved her family. We will be young again in our heavenly home Hazel....until I join you, I will remember you here and will give little Angel special cuddles when I see her. 🙏🙏🙏

Hazel was a very friendly, loving friend my 3 kids called her grandma and every time we saw her she was always smiling.
She was a light when you felt down she just would hug you and say it’s okay.
We all loved her and we will miss her very much love Lorna and family
