Ada Phyllis RitaBAGWORTHPassed away surrounded by her loving family, at Queen's Hospital, Burton, on 20th October 2025, aged 80 years.

Cherished wife of John. Beloved mum to Andrew and Rachel. Loving sister of Kathleen. Proud grandma to Libby, Georgia, James and Lexie, and great-grandma to Joey.

Ada will be received into St Mary and St Modwen's RCC, Burton, at 6:00pm on Monday 17th November.

Requiem Mass (funeral) to follow on Tuesday 18th November, service 12:00pm, followed by committal at Stapenhill Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Ada will support 'Alzheimer's Research UK', and can be placed in the collection box at the service.
