JoanBENTLEYPeacefully on February 16th at Teesside Hospice surrounded by her loving family, Joan aged 90 years.

Devoted wife of Tony, much loved mam of Keith and John, dear mother-in-law of Maureen and Karen, cherished grandma of Rebekah, Abbie and Krista, cherished great grandma of Henry and Arlo. Also a special aunt and great aunt. Forever loved and greatly missed.

A celebration of Joan's life will take place on Friday 27th February at 2pm in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel.

Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Teesside Hospice. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.

The loveliest lady with such a genuine interest in people and their lives. I don’t know what I’m going to do with my Monday evenings now you’re not here to have a gossip and a cuppa with. I will always be so grateful I got to spend 32 years with you in my life though, and that you got to meet Matthew, Henry and Arlo. In the words of Winnie the Pooh ‘how lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard’. Rest in peace now Grandma, all my love always, Rebekah
