It was a privilidge to have known Father Jon since the age of 11. Firstly through my pilgrimage to Lourdes HCPT group 45 in 1985, then as a young adult participating in his faith forum group with Emma. More recently he has ministered to my family at St Peter's most especially for my Nan's requiem mass in 2018. We will miss him and keep him in our prayers. Thinking of you all and keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.. God Bless Michelle x

Fr Jon was a wonderful priest and an outstanding human being.
We came to know him in Helston where we lived for 15 months. He helped us through one of the worst years in our lives.
I was heartbroken to hear he had passed away but he is definitely home in heaven.
Condolences to Fr Jon's family and friends x

Our deepest sympathies on the sad loss of Fr Jon. We lived next door to Fr Jon and his lovely family from 1977, in Stoke Road. RIP Fr Jon in eternity with our Lord and your family. Jill and Gail Porthouse (Keith sadly passed away earlier this year - thank you to Fr Jon for always having time to chat with Keith)

The Rowes, Henders and Hurleys pay loving tribute to dear Father Jonathan Bielawski. As his cousins, David, Mary and Susan remember with fondness Jon’s early years in Stonehouse with Aunty Pam, Uncle Wlad, and fellow cousins Caroline and Christine. We greatly valued his gentleness, kindness, good humour, concern and support over the years. It was especially heartwarming to see Fr Jon perform his priestly duties at the funerals of our beloved parents Ken and Jean. In happier circumstances, he did the honours at the marriage of Joanna and Denis. We will always remember Fr Jon as the warmest of souls, whose selfless commitment to others set a shining example to all of any, little or no religious faith.
