I’m so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I used to bump into him occasionally in the Royal Standard in Derby and really enjoyed chats about his current projects, engineering and anything to do with metal pipes or the condition of the Bass. His dry sense of humour I appreciated as well and I will miss these random chats. My thoughts are with his family and friends at what seems like a sudden and unexpected loss

I’m so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I used to bump into him occasionally at the Royal Standard in Derby and really enjoyed his knowledge of anything to do with engineering, building and any of his ongoing projects or the condition of the Bass he drank. He had a very dry sense of humour which I also appreciated and I’ll miss these random chats. My thoughts are with his family at what seems like a sudden unexpected loss. I’ll get a pint of Bass now.
