Gladys ElsieCLAMPGladys Elsie Clamp passed away peacefully in her sleep at Royal Derby Hospital, Derby on Thursday 1st May 2025, after a short illness, aged 97 years.

Beloved wife of the late Bill, much loved mum to Geoffrey, Graham and Gordon, mother-in-law to Bernie and Pat and dearly loved grandma to Neal, Rebecca & Liam and Joe & Stef.

Elsie will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.

Family would like to thank the carers and all staff at Seale Pastures Care Home for their care of Elsie over the past months. Elsie's funeral will take place at the Willow Chapel, Bretby Crematorium on Thursday 22 May at 1pm. Following the service all are very welcome to join the family at The Stanhope Arms, Bretby for refreshments and to raise a glass in Elsie's memory.
