From where I sat, down the consulting room corridor, Mandy did a great job. She treated all people equally, and considerately, did not give in to unreasonable demands, but made sure people did get help when they needed it. She was always courteous with patients, (she never described them as ‘clients’), and never officious or condescending. She never let me think too highly of myself either.
She loved a laugh, and a bit of banter, and was a great member of a great team.
I will always remember her with fondness, and respect.
