MerylCOWLINGOn 11 December 2025, peacefully in Beech Hall Care Home, Leeds, aged 94. Formerly of Beaumont Park, Huddersfield.

Wife of the late Michael Cowling and much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

The funeral will take place at St Edmund's Roundhay, Leeds LS8 1JN on Friday 9th January at 12.30.

Donations for Water Aid may be given at the service.

Meryl was a much loved sister in law and we spent many happy days together in North Norfolk enjoying the scenery of the coast road and tea and cake along the way.
Together once more with her beloved husband Michael may she find her peace.
