Passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday 12th October, 2025 whilst at Stafford County Hospital.
He will be sadly missed by all of his loving family and friends. A celebration of Adrian's life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Monday 3rd November 2025 at 12:30.
Family flowers only and donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Katharine House Hospice will be greatly appreciated.
