Much loved and sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Service will take place at The Vale Crematorium, Fladbury on Friday February 27th at 10am.

Donations, if desired in memory of Tom are invited for the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity & Guide Dogs. These may be left in the collection tube available at the Service or made online here.
