JimFATKIN(Leam Lane) Peacefully in hospital on the 31st March, Jim (Jimmy Jazz) aged 79, devoted husband of Linda, cherished dad to Helen and a much loved father in law to George, Great Grandad to Mia and Noah, brother to Moreen, Les and Ian, Brother in Law to Christine, Kathy and T/L Tom, uncle to Andrea, Hailey, Paul, Andrew, Alex, Sharon, Alison and Debbie.

Jim was loved and respected by all that knew him.

Would family and friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 1st May at 1.45pm,

Donations will be collected at the service in memory of Jim for Dementia UK and Maternity Department at the QE Hospital.
