Unexpectedly passed away on Saturday 17th January 2026, following a short period in hospital, aged 72 years.

Beloved wife of Jim, step-mum/step-mum in law to Deb and Daniel, precious grannie to Francesca, much loved sister, aunty and friend to many. Sally will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service to be held on Thursday 5th February 2026 at 12.30pm Northumberland Crematorium, Bockenfield, Felton, NE65 9QJ.

Family flowers only please and donations, if desired, in Sally's memory to:

Our sincere sympathy to you, Jim, and the entire Meger family as you mourn the loss of your beloved Sally. As much as Sally wanted to stay here in the physical world with all of you, her body could no longer support that desire.
May you all find comfort in the memories and special moments you shared with her over the years, just as we will treasure our 56 year friendship with Sally.
