George GordonGRIFFITHSPassed away peacefully aged 91 years. Beloved husband to Muriel. Loving dad to Gin and dear father in law to Anne. Cherished and much loved by his grandaughters Louise and Angela. Will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and their families.

(Your memory is our keepsake With which we'll never part God has you in His keeping We have you in our hearts.)

Funeral service to take place at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel on Monday 17th August 2026 at 10.30am.

Family flowers only please.

What can I say about Great Uncle George! Such a kind, friendly, and interesting man. As a child, I would love visiting GUG and GAM and was transfixed by his stories of his childhood adventures. Even visiting him last year with my own son Jesse, Jesse came out of the house amazed after visiting his ‘oldest relative’ and found GUG so fascinating finding out so much family history and stories about the ‘olden days’. It took me back to my childhood days of visiting GUG and GAM.

He will be so fondly remembered and missed by so many people.
