EricHANSONBeloved husband of Jane, father of his wonderful children Mark, Clare, Robert and Natalie and an amazing grandad, passed away at Leicester Royal Infirmary on 14th July 2025, aged 78 years.

Funeral service at Abbots Road United Reformed Church on Friday 8th August at 11.30am, followed by private cremation.

Family flowers only but donations for Salvation Army or Save the Children may be sent to

We, the family of the late Bernard and Muriel Tapley, would like to say how sorry we were to hear of the death of Eric.
Eric was a great legal help on the deaths of our parents and was a family friend.
We remember fondly times at Abbot’s Road when we were all much younger and we know that Eric will be greatly missed.

Eric was an enormous help to us in matters legal on the deaths of our parents and a special friend of many years. We remember times at Abbot’s Road church when we were all much younger.
