Passed away, peacefully at Worcestershire Royal Hospital with his loved ones by his side.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The funeral service will take place at The Vale Crematorium on Thursday 19th March at 4.00pm.
Family flowers only, please but donations, in Martin's memory, will be collected for The Lily Foundation - a charity very close to the family.
