Philip will be greatly missed by all that knew him

A service will be held on Thursday 22nd January 2026 in the St Peter's Chapel of Exeter and Devon Crematorium at 11:30am.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired are for Hospiscare Exeter, and can be left via retiring collection.

I was so sorry to hear about Phil's passing. Working alongside him at Exeter control was a genuine privilege. He had that rare ability to make even the longest shifts feel lighter with his humour and warmth. Phil was one of those people who made everyone around him feel welcome. I feel fortunate to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
