Vinny,

To the best brother and friend I could have wished for. You have always been caring and kind over the years and since mum passed away you became the centre of our family. We will always appreciate how generous you were with your nieces and nephews, making time to help and support them.

I have always enjoyed your love of music. I remember whilst I was away at sea you would tape the charts rundown and send the tapes to me, keeping me updated on the latest music trends. You also managed to combine your love of music with another of your passions – the theatre – and would take all the family to the Rock and Roll pantos at the Everyman.

You were always there for me with sound advice when needed to and I will always appreciate the wise words of advice and guidance you gave me.

You were a huge part of our lives and leave a massive Vinny shaped hole behind.

I will always miss you, Rest in Peace.

Still hard to believe Vinny has left us. As everybody has said, he truly was one of the good ones. As a music fan he always supported our endeavours over the years which was appreciated. It was great to see his own musical projects come to fruition and to see him supporting Crowded House on their recent visit the Cavern. Condolences, love and strength to the family x 💙 Jon & Kate

Such sad news. I had the pleasure of working with Vince at Littlewoods. We had a mutual appreciation of music, particularly Squeeze, Crowded House and 'Q' Magazine.
So glad I got to see Crowded Scouse too.
As this photo shows, he was definitely an International Man of Mystery!
Vince, you will be greatly missed. xx
