Derek HayesLOFTASPassed away peacefully on Tuesday 9th December at the Royal Derby Hospital aged 92 years.

Beloved husband to Jean, much loved and respected father of Darren, Justin and Melanie. Dear father-in-law to Janice and Emma. Loving granddad to Oliver, George, Jack, Daniel, Katie, Lucy, Isaac, Phoebe, Michi, Theodore and Alfie.

Derek's funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 5th January in the main chapel at 11:00.

Family flowers only please, but donations if wished to the Derbyshire Children's Holiday Centre.
