Libby RoseMOOREPeacefully, on Tuesday 2nd September, while in the care of Sheffield Children's Hospital,
surrounded by her loving family, Libby, aged 12 years, sadly passed away.

Treasured daughter of Vicky and Wayne.
Cherished sister of Harry and Josh.
Much loved granddaughter of Horst, Christine, and the late Bryan, Mary, Mike and Vanessa.
A much-loved family member.
Libby was a good friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate Libby's life will be held at
Great Grimsby Crematorium, on Thursday 2nd October at 15:00.
No dress code.

Immediate family flowers only please (parents, brothers, grandparents), other floral tributes will not be accepted.
A single red rose, or single sunflower may be laid with Libby on exit of the service, if desired.

Donations may be made in Libby's memory to The Sheffield Children's Hospital Parents Rooms.
A donations box for this chosen charity will be available, after the service, in the garden of remembrance.
The option to donate online is also available, via, funeralnotices.com.

I am sorry for you loss. I remember Libby well she was such a lovely girl. Lucy you used to play with Libby alot and also said how nice she was. Lucy taff said sleep tight Libby . Xxx

Sending heartfelt condolences to Libby's family. Bless her, Libby was such a lovely kind and helpful girl who was such a delight to know. Always loved to chat in the dining room at SJA. I will always treasure my memories of Libby.
