KennethMORTONKen Passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Friday 11th July 2025. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy, a special and cherished father to Frances, Linda and Catherine. Loving grandfather to Maisie. Treasured and supportive father in law to Anthony and Kevin. Dearly and fondly loved by all nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 13th August at 11.30 am.

Family flowers only please, but if desired donations for Crohns & Colitis UK and Prostate Cancer UK may be made online by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk or alternatively placed in the donation box at the end of the service. All enquiries to

Ken seemed to build rocking horses for all family and friends children. He never took a penny for all his work. He was a character with a big caring heart.
